I am also a qualified counsellor at Staines Counselling I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and Holistic Massage Therapist with a particular interest in women's health, pregnancy and stress. Treatments are tailor-made to suit your individual needs, with an emphasis on improving your well-being. I am also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with IA

As some of you may know, I am now a qualified counsellor - after 4 years of studying and many many placement hours with adults and children! This change was inspired during lockdown when my reflexology work was not allowed. During that time I volunteered on the helpline for a national bereavement charity and this inspired me to further my counselling studies.
