Supporting Our Communities: Dementia Awareness at the Care Curious Community Hub
This week, Promedica24 Dorset hosted a Dementia Awareness session as part of our Care Curious Community Hub initiative. Led by Sue Warr from Prama Life, the session welcomed attendees including Lacey and Corina from Carltonlima Care, and Dr Natalie Djohari, Embedded Researcher at Bournemouth University.
With dementia now touching the lives of so many, understanding how to support those affected and ourselves is more important than ever. Practical advice and simple, thoughtful approaches can make a meaningful difference.
A huge thank you to Sue for sharing her insight and compassion with us all.

It is now sadly common that we all know someone who has a form of dementia to some degree, learning and understanding how to help yourself and the person is vital to our wellbeing. Some very simple tips and a little guidance go a long way.
Thank you Sue.
