After most of us have had a lot of sitting, laying and probably walking but definitely not as much physical activity as we are used to, it's important that we get back to doing more but also that we don't overstress this for ourselves.
It can be really stressful and even degrading to find you feel so far away from your goals again and have gone backwards on your journey, whether this be with your sport performance, weight loss or injury recovery etc. Remember YOU will get there again it, will just take time ⏰.
If you're feeling super anxious, maybe your mental health isn't doing too well, have a lot of increased stress going on in your life or even other issues are taking your times priority, don't rush jumping back in the full swing of things if you can't! Likewise don't sit there waiting for things to happen, because they won't, put in the effort but take the time you need to avoid placing added pressure on yourself. You'll get there 💪🏻
