We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our recruitment consultants by finding, screening, and shortlisting candidates for job vacancies within the Truck, Bus, and HGV market.

You will play a key role in ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

🔎 Candidate Sourcing:

Search job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms for potential candidates.

Reach out to passive and active candidates through calls, emails, and social media.

📋 Screening and Shortlisting:

Review CVs and applications to assess suitability.

Conduct initial phone screenings to verify experience, skills, and interest.

💼 Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate records.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

🤝 Candidate Engagement:

Build relationships with candidates to keep them engaged.

Provide feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.

📅 Supporting Consultants:

Assist with interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Prepare candidate summaries and reports for consultants and clients.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Bus Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, and quality repair of our fleet of company vehicles, ensuring all work meets both Company and Department of Transport standards.

Location:
📍 Depot, Oxfordshire

Shifts:
Early shift: 05:00 – 15:30
Late shift: 13:30 – 00:00
Weekend work: 1 in every 3 weekends
Salary:
💷 £22.15 per hour (increasing to £25.47 per hour for weekend shifts)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PSV Electrician to join our clients team in Kingston Surrey . This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of our vehicle fleet through high-quality maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to DVSA standards.

Drive continuous improvement of vehicle reliability.

Prepare vehicles for MOT and carry out planned preventative maintenance campaigns and quality checks.

Diagnose and repair auto (PSV) electrics and electrical faults to maintain reliability and meet Arriva standards.

Requirements

✅ Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in HGV/PSV maintenance and repair (confirmation required).

✅ Experience:

✅ Licences and Certifications:
