Ingredients:
Gram flour (besan) - 1 cup
Fenugreek leaves (methi) - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Carom seeds (ajwain) - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - as needed
Olive oil or mustard oil - 1 tsp (for cooking)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix gram flour, fenugreek leaves, carom seeds, salt, and chili powder.
Add water slowly to create a smooth batter, not too runny.
Heat a pan, add a little oil, and spread a ladle of batter to form a pancake.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh yogurt or chutney.
