We had the honour of welcoming the Fishlake Village Choir into our home on Remembrance Day.
The courage of those who served shaped the world as we know it, and their legacy reminds us that freedom is protected by the sacrifices of many.
We remember, with gratitude and respect, so their stories and their service are never forgotten. ♥️

When the weather kept us indoors, we brought the bonfire spirit inside! ✨
Our residents gathered for an afternoon of laughter, music, and sparkle while sipping shandy, nibbling chocolates, and dancing beneath glittering stars on the wall that shone like fireworks. Every smile lit up the room brighter than any bonfire could. 💕

Bonfire Fun — The Safe and Sparkly Way! ✨

Our wonderful residents created these beautiful paper stars to resemble fireworks — bright, colourful, and full of joy! 🎆 Instead of loud bangs, our wall now lights up with a dazzling display that everyone can enjoy safely and comfortably.

Making these stars brought lots of smiles and a lovely sense of purpose. Everyone felt proud to contribute to our Bonfire Night celebrations in their own creative way. 🌟❤️

Our residents had a spooktacular time taking part in a Halloween colouring competition! 🖍️🎃
One of our lovely residents had the honour of being the judge and picked two talented winners, each receiving a Halloween goodie basket filled with treats and surprises! 🍬🧡
Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and shared their colourful creations!
And thank you to the anonymous kind hearted person who donated the prizes to our care home. 💕💐
