Cancellation & Booking Fee
I understand that occasionally you will need to change or cancel your
appointment, should you need to do so I ask for at least 24 hours notice. Should your appointment be cancelled less than 24 hours before your
appointment or you fail to attend your appointment, then a 50% fee of
service(s) you have booked becomes payable before any future appointments are able to b
e booked. A non-refundable booking fee of £15 will be taken for all services that
are more than 1 hour long and will be deducted from your total service(s) amount on the day. The non-refundable booking fee is transferable to an appointment
within 14 days of your original appointment should you need to reschedule giving a minimum of 24 hours notice. The non-refundable
booking fee is not transferable between clients, family or friends. Should you not attend your appointment or give less than 24hrs notice
then the non-refundable booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee becomes payable. The non-refundable booking fee can be paid in the salon, via bank
transfer or a payment link sent directly to your phone and is payable
within 24 hours of the appointment being made or the appointment
slot will be re-released. Patch Testing
Patch testing is an essential part of any chemical treatment to make sure that you are not allergic to any of the solutions used during the service. Patch tests must be carried out a minimum of 48 hrs. before any chemical treatment, this includes all lash and brow tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination and henna brows, lash extensions do not require patch
testing unless requested as the adhesive does not touch the skin. Patch tests are required if you have never had the chemical treatment
with me before, any change to your medical history including medications and vaccinations, or if you have not had the chemical
treatment performed for 6 months or more. I know coming in for patch tests is a pain but part of my job is to ensure your safety during treatments as much as possible and limit any possible risk associated with the treatment. If you book an appointment and not had the required patch test then the treatment will not take place or a modified service will be offered. I hope you all understand how important patch testing is.
