🌟 Supporting Our Community – We Need Your Help 🌟

We’ve seen on local community pages that a number of people in our area are struggling to access food. At Field Road Surgery, we believe in standing together — and we want to do something to help. 💚

We’re looking to create emergency food parcels to support those in need. And with winter just a few months away, we’re also planning to launch a Coat Bank, where people can donate good condition, pre-loved coats — so no child has to go to school cold. 🧥❄️

But we don’t want to stop there — we want to ask you, our community:

👉 What kind of packages or support would be most valuable to you, your family, or your neighbours?
Whether it’s toiletries, school supplies, warm clothing, or baby items — we’re listening. 💬

With hot weather on the way this week, make sure you know how to stay safe in the heat:

💧 Stay hydrated and drink plenty of fluids
👥 Check on vulnerable family, friends and neighbours
⛱️ Keep out of the sun between 11am and 3pm
🧴 Wear sunscreen to protect your skin
🚫 Limit strenuous activity
