Hello 👋🏻

I am 9 days post my operation. I'm doing really well so far, it's still early days, but I'm managing to take little walks around my garden, seeing new life spring up and watching the fish start to come out of their long sleep.

I still have a way to go, but I promised I would let you know how I'm doing.

(Yes my dreadlocks had to be removed for my recovery, they were just too heavy for my abdomen, particularly when wet. They will be back)

The time has come — today was my last appointment's before I take some time away for surgery and recovery.

I’m incredibly grateful for all of your kind messages, well wishes, and continued support. It truly means so much to me.

I’ll keep my page updated while I recover, and once I’m back on my feet I’ll reopen my diary and begin offering treatments and soundbaths again.

✨ Upcoming Temporary Closure – Last Appointments Available ✨

I wanted to let you all know that I’ll be temporarily closing my clinic as I’m due to go into hospital for surgery. I’ll be sharing more about reopening once I’m on the road to recovery, but for now these are the final appointments available before I close.

Availability:

Monday 23rd – Evening (fully booked)

Tuesday 24th – 12:30 | 13:30 | 18:00 | 19:00

Thursday 26th – 12:30 | 17:00

Monday 2nd March – Evening (fully booked)

Tuesday 3rd – 17:00 | 18:30

Thursday 5th – Evening only

What a rewarding experience it was to bring my instruments to the local primary school on Friday, collaborating with the children on the significance of sleep, frequencies our bodies operate on, mindfulness, and focused breathing. The children then participated in a short Soundbath, where they could unwind in a low-lit room with my soothing star Gazer, mood lighting, all snug under a blanket with a pillow. Some of the children (and possibly a teacher or two) drifted off to sleep.

Thank you for having me, I hope to work with more schools in the future.
