We have a very powerful full moon eclipse in Pisces tomorrow evening. Pisces as an archetype is deep - it feels deeply, is deeply romantic, sensitive, empathic & compassionate. It has the ability to merge with others thus giving its empathic & intuitive nature but out of balance, it loses itself & lacks boundaries. Unless it has landed in a spiritual purpose or connection , the deepness of Pisces has the potential to connect you to addictions for your connected feeling eg s*x, drugs, alcohol, food, exercise, shopping, work etc
So the impact of this full moon may be that you have been feeling or experiencing big emotional , mental or physical overwhelm, difficulties, pain, flare ups etc these past few weeks. If this is the case, please know you are not alone.
These energetic influences are huge & like a stone when dropped into a pond which then creates a ripple effect throughout the whole pond, these energetics are doing that to you & each & everyone of us.
This ripple effect causes things to surface, it shakes us up so flare ups of chronic physical issues may occur, or emotional feelings relating to past traumas or experiences resurface or your Mind starts spiralling into overwhelm & you start disconnecting from the physical & emotional pain to cope.
These are challenging times & it takes courage & truth from our Hearts - the feminine - to walk through these shadows of our past & back out into the light again.
So if this resonates with you or anyone you know, keep things small & simple. Slow things down - your Mind races when you are stressed. Go back to doing the โLittle - Bigโ things that I talk about that will help you get through these intense moments. Entering the dark night of your Soul & your story, the eye of your storm is the true human hero work.
So!
Go to your breath. Take x2 quick breaths in through your nose & a long exhale out through your mouth. This will help calm you in the intense moments.
Take a shower - consciously wash away any physical, mental or emotional pain that you are aware of. Imagine it leaving your body & being washed away down the plug.
Take an Epsom salt bath - nourish & nurture yourself in warmth & water.
Get out in nature - stand or sit barefoot on grass, close your eyes & breathe & lean into nature. Go down deep into Mother Earth - the Divine Feminine. Feel her holding you, supporting you, anchoring you, grounding you, honouring you, loving you, centring you.
Take a walk in the woods or on the beach - share your thoughts with the Universe, your dog, someone you trust or hug a tree & tell the tree!!
Journal your thoughts & feelings or talk it out. Walking & talking is very therapeutic.
Drink lots of water. A recent research project done in Sweden showed that greater physical hydration helps you manage high cortisol levels better.
Trust yourself. Trust that you can get through your obstacle, night, day, hour, moment. Go to your Heart not your Mind & breathe.
