A few people have asked me if the Dr's referal to group is still in place- its been replaced with a self-referal via Norfolk County Council so much quicker than booking to see a Nurse or GP. Apply on the link below for 12 weeks free membership (scroll to the bottom, start form)

Had a fabulous day at the Ingham Dog Show and Fete yesterday! Drop us a ❤️ if you saw our gazebo. We raised money for the church via the marble game, congratulations to the winners.

Great news guys we have a venue for our Caister Slimming World group, for the next 3 weeks we will be at All Saints Parish Hall, Beach Rd, Scratby, NR29 3AJ. This Venue has a huge car park and massive hall, so I can't wait to see you all there. I know its not really walking distance from the Centurion, so if anyone will struggle to get there please let me know, and maybe we can coordinate some lift sharing.

Caister Slimming World Groups - Apologies however the groups held at the Centurion will be held this week at Gt.Yarmouth and Caister Golf Club, Yarmouth Rd, Caister-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth NR30 5TD
Monday 5.30pm and 7.00pm
Tuesday 8am, 9.30am and 11am
There will be an A- Frame at the end of the drive.
When approaching from Caister, the golf club is on the left, before the Stadium roundabout.

Caister Morning and Evening Slimming World groups will be held at Caister Golf Club next week. Apologies for the change of venue, but it's an absolutely awesome venue with ample parking. We will keep you updated as to where we will be the following week x

URGENT FOR CAISTER SLIMMING WORLD MEMBERS. *****
Tomorrow we are having to change the venue, we will be at Caister Community Spoon, this is located off Edinburgh Close. Normal times, parking is limited, please keep the spaces at the spoon for disabled members, there is parking on the street or you may be able to park at the Playing field and walk across. Please let me know with a comment below that you have seen this, I am going to be calling round to let people know later.

You can find us at Caister Community Spoon accessed via Edinburgh Close (NR30 5LU) just off Braddock Road
