✨✨Reiki Level 1 Teaching Day – 12th April✨✨

Join me for a beautiful and nurturing Reiki Level 1 teaching day in the peaceful surroundings of Brightside Wellbeing Clinic in Stalham. This day is perfect for anyone who feels drawn to energy healing, whether for personal wellbeing or to begin their Reiki journey.

During the day we will explore the history of Reiki, learn about energy, chakras and intuition, practise meditation, and you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement. You will also learn how to give Reiki to yourself and others, with time to practise in a supportive and relaxed environment.

It is always such a special day of connection, learning and healing.

Spaces are kept small to create a calm and supportive space.
