Using Sundays to recharge 🌿
For me, today looks like a slow morning with my family and getting outside at some point. Fresh air, no rush, being present.
But recharging doesn’t look the same for everyone.
For some it’s rest.
For others it’s movement.
Connection. Solitude. Creativity. Nature. Silence. Laughter.
There’s no “right” way to recharge — the most important thing is to consciously choose what works for you, rather than running on empty or doing what you think you should be doing.
What fills your cup today might be different from last week… and that’s okay too.
