Using Sundays to recharge 🌿

For me, today looks like a slow morning with my family and getting outside at some point. Fresh air, no rush, being present.

But recharging doesn’t look the same for everyone.
For some it’s rest.
For others it’s movement.
Connection. Solitude. Creativity. Nature. Silence. Laughter.

There’s no “right” way to recharge — the most important thing is to consciously choose what works for you, rather than running on empty or doing what you think you should be doing.

What fills your cup today might be different from last week… and that’s okay too.

And if you’d like a little extra support stepping into the week ahead, my Monday Reset class is a gentle space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and start the week feeling more grounded and supported.

Physical activity is one of the most powerful (and underrated) tools for wellbeing - why I make a point of movement for the body before relaxation!

It supports our mental health, regulates the nervous system, boosts mood, and helps us feel more connected — to our bodies and to the world around us.

On our travels in Amsterdam, Steve and I clocked up 62,000 steps while sightseeing — and honestly, it only added to the experience.

Moving through the city, noticing more, laughing more, feeling immersed rather than rushed.

Wellbeing doesn’t always look like slowing down.
Sometimes it looks like walking, exploring, and letting movement deepen the joy 🤍

Still smiling after this… ✨

Yesterday, the Northern Power Women Awards announced that Your Well-being Company is a finalist for Micro Business of the Year 🤍

I feel genuinely so happy and deeply honoured.

We may be “micro” by size, but the difference this work makes feels anything but small. From supporting children and young people, to women, educators and teams — this business has always been about impact, care, and real wellbeing, not just growth for growth’s sake.

To be seen and celebrated alongside such incredible businesses means more than I can put into words. This recognition reflects years of heart-led work, the amazing people we support, and the belief that wellbeing should be accessible, inclusive and human.

Thank you Northern Power Women for recognising micro organisations doing meaningful work, and congratulations to all the finalists — what a powerful community to be part of 💫

Some days feel heavy.
Some days feel light.
Most days are a mix of both.

You don’t have to be positive all the time to be healing.
You don’t have to be “okay” to be worthy of care.
You don’t have to rush yourself into tomorrow when today is asking for gentleness.

At Your Well-being Company we remind children, adults and families that emotional wellbeing is not about feeling good every day — it’s about learning how to move through every day with kindness, compassion and self-awareness.

If today feels cloudy, that’s okay.
The sun will rise again.

The real flex is how many lives you can positively influence.

In 2025, through schools, colleges, nurseries, community spaces and workplaces,
we supported over 800 children, young people and adults with their wellbeing.

That’s 800 nervous systems supported.
800 moments of pause.
800 humans given tools to feel safer, calmer and more connected.

In 2026, our intention is simple:
✨ to reach even more people,
✨ in deeper, more sustainable ways,
✨ without losing the heart of what we do.

Impact over ego.
Care over noise.
Always.

As we step into a new year, I’m pledging to continue our mission at Your Well-being Company — creating accessible, inclusive wellbeing for all.
For children. For educators. For communities. For every nervous system that deserves support, safety, and care.

Alongside this, I’m also honouring my own intentions for the year ahead.
To create more balance.
To lead with clarity.
To allow growth and success without burnout.
To expand with purpose, not pressure.

2026 is about steady growth, meaningful impact, and wellbeing that truly lasts — for the people we support and for ourselves too.
