Whether you’re an aspiring athlete in your chosen sport or are already at the top of your game, our team of experienced coaches are here to help you be more prepared than you’ve ever been for your next big event. As experts in strength and conditioning, we here to make you the best athlete possible. Whatever your sport, we can help to m

ake you stronger, faster, fitter, more powerful etc. Whether it be for Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, CrossFit, Football, Ruby, Martial, Cycling, Horse riding (the list goes on). We offer personal training, tailored to you on either a 121 or small group basis. Our goal setting sessions, body composition measurements and personalised nutrition plans compliment your training plan, ensuring you achieve your performance goals. Our team of coaches are some of the best in the country and actively compete within their chosen sports which shows they really can practice what they preach and empathise with you, the athlete, at every step of your journey. For those a little further afield, or with a tighter budget, we also have a range of online services available including personalised training and nutrition plans, including technical video analysis. We are based from our own bespoke venue in Stalybridge which has a comfortable and personal feel and is well-equipped for a variety of training needs. We look forward to hearing from you and supporting you in achieving your goals.

A huge thank you to our members for the cards, meal vouchers, and beers! 🥹🍻

As a team we’ve been juggling a lot, coaching classes, demolishing, renovating, painting, moving kit, and building something special from the ground up—and your support means everything.

We can’t pretend we’ve done it alone with many of you chipping in and helping us along the way. We never expected any ‘thank you’s’ we just wanted to give you a space you deserve. You’re all a reminder of why we do what we do and today this hit us all right in the feels.

We’re grateful for every single one of you. Past and present for helping us to get to where we are. We do this for you, because health, community and connection is important for us all.

After weeks of planning, renovating, and heavy lifting (literally), we’re beyond excited to announce that we’ve officially moved into our brand new home! 💥

All training sessions/classes/nutrition and massage appointments will now be taking place at our new location. We’re still making tweaks to the space and moving the last of the equipment over but we have finally closed our doors to the public at Copley Mill 🥹

New location with the same mission — to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident with the support of expert coaches and the BEST community 🖤💛

As we look to level up, we look to improve our space, our team and our processes.

Please join us in welcoming Caz Marshall to the Triple X team as our new Client Experience Manager!

Caz is no stranger to our community — a long-standing member and remote athlete who splits her time between Hull and Stalybridge. She’s an accomplished weightlifter, ranked among the best in Europe and the world as a masters athlete.

After an incredible career as a head teacher, Caz has retrained as a qualified weightlifting coach, Level 5 nutritionist, and personal trainer. She’ll be supporting our members with admin, communication, and behind-the-scenes operations — helping us grow and stay connected as we take our gym to the next level.

We’re so excited to have her on board — please welcome to the team, Caz!
