Feeling the need to give your body a Spring Clean ? Detoxification can be stimulated by pressure on the meridian which travels through the wrist at the point pictured. Also harmonization of the emotions can be addressed such as excessive planning, frustration, temper tantrums, or feeling out of control. The path of the meridian involves the side of the neck which on receiving treatment also relieves tension headaches and tired eyes.

In Shiatsu, the giver and receiver create healing through touch and become sensitive to each other.
Physical and emotional discomfort can be sensed allowing a bespoke treatment to be planned and developed according to the client's responses.
I regularly receive Shiatsu and as you can see from my photo I feel this contributes to my well-being and vitality.
