FREE walk in sessions for flu nasal sprays for 2-11yr olds available

➡️ Monday 22 December at

Intrahealth office, Tameside House, Unit 12, Tameside Business Park, Windmill Lane, Denton, M34 3QS, 10am-4pm

It is now even easier for your child to get their quick and painless flu nasal spray vaccine.

They are for:

⭐️ School age children (reception to year 11) who missed their vaccination at school or are home schooled

⭐️ Children who were aged 2 or 3 on 31 August 2025 who’ve not been vaccinated by their GP

👉Immunocompromised individuals aged 6 months–74 years

It will be in Armentieres Square this Friday 19th December 10am til 6pm

Look out for the NHS van or gazebo and get protected this winter!

Regular physical activity offers many health benefits. It can;

⬇️ reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases
🧠improve mental wellbeing
🫀enhance cardiovascular fitness
⏪ help reverse type 2 diabetes.

Despite this, many people still struggle to become active.

Starting in January there will be a new monthly Walk with a Doc session starting in Stalybridge 🚶🏾‍♀️

What is Walk with a Doc❓

A relaxed, accessible walk led by a doctor, with opportunities for patients to ask questions and connect with others.

The walk will be supportive , safe, and welcoming for all fitness levels.
