We all know this is true … so why is it so difficult to do without feeling guilty? We should absolutely be prioritising being kind but we forget that extends to ourselves. We are allowed to put our own needs first. So remember saying no is not a bad thing but drowning under a pile of yes is. Xx

I am absolutely guilty of doing this ALL THE TIME! I did it with losing weight, I did it with decorating my house, I do it with cleaning, exercising, texting, food shop. Literally everything! I also did it with starting my own massage business to the point where my friends were sick of listening to me and not taking action. So much so they did a collection to pay for my training! How amazing is that? From then on (with my business at least) the 20 minutes of doing something has applied. Initially this was because I didn’t want to let the people down who believed in my dream. Now however, I don’t want to let myself down. 20 minutes is all it takes to get started! Xx

I thought I’d do a re introduction as I’ve been around for a while now (more than 18 months, can you believe it?) but I probably just keep popping up without any explanation 😆

So Hello 👋 I’m Shelley and I’m Ever Green Holistic Therapies based in the Sanctuary at Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House. - one of my favourite places, how lucky am I to be able to work there?

I offer massages and facials using Tropic Skincare

30 minutes back massages or essential facials £30

60 minutes full body, bespoke facials or a combination of back massage and essential facial £50

90 minutes full body with extra time or bespoke facial and back massage £75

I work the following times -
Monday 6pm - 8:30pm
Thursday 6pm - 8:30pm
Friday 6pm - 8:30pm
Saturday 11am - 4pm
Sunday 9am - 2:30pm

If you like the buzz of the cafe and fancy brunch, I’d definitely come at the weekend. If a quieter appointments is what you’re looking for, evenings would probably suit you best. You can even come in your pjs!
