Welcome to 2026! 👋

Every year I promise myself that I’ll post more often and share videos from my clinical work…
But in the rush of daily practice, working with patients, and the joy of helping others, I often forget about social media 😊

So today I’m sharing a short video from today’s session, showing my patient’s shoulder before and after therapy.

She had been attending chiropractors and other physiotherapists for about a year.
Today, we achieved this range of motion thanks to carefully selected therapeutic techniques and, most importantly, individually tailored exercises 💪

Small steps, big changes ✨

Witam serdecznie w 2026! 👋
Co roku obiecuję sobie, że będę częściej dodawać tutaj posty i nagrywać filmiki z mojej pracy…
Ale w codziennym zabieganiu, pracy z pacjentami i w euforii pomagania innym zupełnie zapominam o social mediach 😊
Dlatego dziś wrzucam krótkie wideo z dzisiejszego dnia, pokazujące, jak wyglądał bark mojej pacjentki przed terapią i po terapii.
Pacjentka od około roku uczęszczała do chiropraktyków oraz innych fizjoterapeutów.
Dziś udało nam się uzyskać taki zakres ruchu, dzięki odpowiednio dobranym technikom terapeutycznym oraz co najważniejsze indywidualnie dopasowanym ćwiczeniom 💪

Małe kroki, duże zmiany ✨
To właśnie takie momenty najbardziej motywują mnie w mojej pracy.
