Leah says “Yoga has been such a big part of my personal healing journey. What began as a way to cope with my own suffering has grown into a lifelong practice that continually supports me, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With many years of dedicated practice behind me, I decided to fly to India to finally do my YTT.
I’ve come to deeply respect yoga not just as movement, but for its way of life and inner peace.
Teaching yoga is something I truly love. I have always felt so spiritual and I have always loved to help people. It’s a privilege to hold space for others with a genuine love for what I do.
I’ve been a mum for nearly 15years! Which I love! I also have a little furry son named Sonny 🐶
I like to exercise mainly not for my body but my mind. Im such a free spirit and love to solo travel which I would recommend to everyone!! And I loveee food , if I’m not on the mat I’m most probably eating 😅
While I bring a sense of calm to my teaching, I also believe yoga doesn’t have to be too serious…there’s always room for joy, laughter and playfulness in my classes.
I can’t wait to meet you on the mat 🙏🏼💛”
