Today I drew us a card to guide us through the week ahead. This week's card is from the Archangel Michael angelic deck - New Beginnings and a Fresh Start. This card carries forward a positive energy for the week ahead, it brings us positive new beginnings. The energy for the week is about renewal, release, and forward movement. It brings the beginning of a new chapter such as a

decision leading to a fresh direction, starting something new, a new job role, fresh start and positive change. The guidance has about trusting the process and knowing the support of the angels is there. While things may feel uncertain, they are part of moving toward something more positive.

Happy Friday everyone.

After weeks of sciatica and back pain I went for a very slow, gentle session at the gym. I did the cross trainer, a walk on the treadmill and worked my arms while Mark ran on the treadmill.
I'm lacking my usual leg strength and backs always sore but the cross trainer helped loosen back muscles.

Team t-shirts ready for training for Lands End to John O'Groats. I can't wait till I can resume my usual routine of 50 plus mile bike rides, high intensity spin classes etc. Marks strong and thankfully on the front of our tandem.

Eva's our Tandem back after service and adaptions and ready for this year's events. Big thanks to JD Tandems for getting her ready.

Mark took photographs when he got home and just wow with the orbs, looks like our loved ones in heaven are excited ☺️

I'm still nursing a bad back so we did a very short, steady ride today to keep moving and test our her new features. No usual training or even our shorter rides of 40 miles, no hard spin classes yet either but thankfully there's time for relaxation and recovery before this year's events.

Our first event, the Tour de Manc will be on 3rd May, we then have Coast to Coast in a day on 6th June. On 12th July we are excited for Manchester to Blackpool bike ride.
That's then all the easier events done.

In July we will do Lands End to John O'Groats, this is an epic event, over 900 miles from 18th July - 2nd August.

We are pedalling for St Ann's Hospice (Moya Cole).
