Fabulous Tuesday evening vibes. Tonight we were busy doing a video reading via WhatsApp, we used the Rider Waite Tarot and the Archangel Raphael cards. We did alright didn't we Granddad. I feel so blessed to be able to have turned my hobby into something that supports me in so many areas of life, it was fabulous spending time connecting to such a lovely lady giving her reading this evening and enjoying linking to her special person in heaven. I love it when you can feel the love, companionship and happiness in the room.

Pleased to be back moving again.

Today Mark and I were spinning, Mark on fire. I was taking it easy trying to build back towards usual movement and fitness.

It's only 18 weeks till Coast to Coast in a day and just 24 weeks till Lands End to John O'Groats.

Mark and I are raising much needed funds for Moya Cole Hospice (At Ann's Hospice). This is the challenging time as we are training with injuries and in the cold to make sure we are ready which is difficult to motivate. We also have no sponsors or donations as yet.

St Ann's Hospice is a cause close to our years, they nursed our Annie, providing end of life care. They also provided care for Nanna Gertrude, offering blood transfusions & supporting her with eating etc.

✨ Update & Thank You ✨

Morning everyone,

I wanted to share an update with you. I’m currently still recovering from a back injury and, while I’m making progress, I need to allow my body the time and rest it requires to fully heal. 🌿

For this reason, I’m not taking on any new bookings at the moment. I need to prioritise healing & returning to my day job.

This decision hasn’t been easy, but it’s important for me to honour my health so I can return feeling strong, aligned, and able to offer you the best of me. 💫

The cards for me right now are pointing toward rest and recovery.

I’m taking a short break away from offering readings due to a back injury. As much as I love my spiritual work , I know I cannot pour from an empty (or aching!) cup.

I’ll be using this break to focus on physical therapy and healing. I'll be contacting clients individually about their readings and ask for your patience & support at this time.

I'm taking guidance from the Four of Swords, which suggests that I have been giving in to overworking and stress, therefore instead of going into overdrive as I usually do, I am taking time for relaxation, rest and reflection. The Four of Swords has highlighted my need for peace, quiet, recuperation and to make time for meditation / reiki.

Happy Saturday everyone. Today I enjoyed a pamper session at the hairdresser's and then Wizzy and I gave a video reading. Now time to relax.
