📱 It’s helping people to get digitally competent when needed, such as help with the NHS app
👂 It’s providing a hearing loop system 
👌 It’s providing appointments with a BSL interpreter when needed
📕 It’s helping people with needs complete their health passports or care plans
🫶 Overall, it’s making every person who visits us or uses our services as comfortable as possible
