From answering calls (often from the other end of the phone in Leeds!) to managing bookings, handling enquiries, and keeping daily operations on track. Your impact is felt every single day.

⭐ Pilates Exercise of the Day ⭐

Side Plank Series

Today’s exercise is the side plank, demonstrated here by our Pilates instructor Susie from Physiofit Leeds - Physiotherapy and Pilates

This progression is a brilliant way to build strength step by step:
✨ Start by practising lifting through the ribs
✨ Progress to lifting the hips with knees bent
✨ Then challenge yourself by lifting the knees and extending the legs fully

The side plank is fantastic for improving shoulder stability while also strengthening the glutes and abdominal muscles.

Try moving through the levels at your own pace and focus on control over height or speed

Missing a class? No problem!

Just give at least 2 hours’ notice and you’ll receive a credit on your membership pack to use on another class within the same block (subject to availability).

You can use your credits anytime during the block in an alternative class to your usual provided that it is suitable for your level.

We also run a special “holiday week” after most blocks with a smaller timetable of classes, perfect for using up any remaining credits!

Please note: credits can’t be carried over beyond the block, so make sure to use them before the membership pack expires.
