- Supine Chest Stretch – stretches pectoral muscles to optimise posture
- Side Lying Open Door – encourages thoracic rotation and eases upper back stiffness

Getting started with Mat Pilates couldn't be easier, no need to buy any equipment. We provide extra cushioned and supportive mats, blocks for head and seated support, and resistance bands for strength and stretch work. We just ask that you bring a towel to cover the mat, or your own thin mat if you prefer.

Joining a reformer class? All you need are grippy socks, we take care of the rest. The reformers are cleaned after every session.

🏃‍♂️ Runner’s heel pain that eases as you warm up?

Pain or stiffness in the Achilles at the start of a run, especially if it’s now lasting longer or sore first thing in the morning, could be Achilles tendinopathy.

This overuse injury often follows changes in training load, speed, surfaces, or footwear.
