Cosy winter days in the cabin are my favourite 🤍

There’s nothing better than wrapping yourself in warmth, slowing down, and giving yourself permission to pause for a little while.

A soothing massage, soft blankets, the scent of calming oils, and the gentle quiet of the cabin - the perfect way to switch off from the world.

Sometimes the best therapy is simply comfort, calm, and a little time just for you. ✨

🐎 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 - 𝐈'𝐦 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 ✈️🌍🥰

I'm so excited to be back after an incredible 6 weeks travelling South East Asia ✈️🌍. Time away from the ‘real world’ was exactly what I needed - a chance to decompress, reflect, and focus on what I truly want for myself and for my clients this year 🙌

I’m easing myself back into work today and will be catching up on all emails and messages. I’ve had lots of spray tan requests, so I’ll also be opening my diary for spring and summer bookings very soon 🌱🌷🌸☀️

Spiritually, we’re in the final week of the Year of the Snake 🐍 - a time of shedding old skins, deep healing, inner transformation and release. As we prepare to move into the Year of the Horse 🐎, we’re stepping into a whole new energy of momentum, freedom, passion and forward movement. It feels like a powerful moment of rebirth, clarity and expansion, and I’m so excited to move into this next chapter with you 🙏

This year, I’ll also be introducing new holistic and spiritual services, offering intuitive messages to support my clients with awareness, connection and healing 🙌

While I was away, the cabin had a little refresh - clearing, resetting and realigning the space to feel even more grounded and nurturing for all of your treatments 🤍
