These mothers 🧡🕉

Gently sitting in cobblers pose with their babies cocooned between the safe harbour of their strong legs.

Using the strength of their backs to create support for themselves, helping open the heart centre and release constriction in the breasts and chest.

Then freeing baby to explore, rolling down the legs, stimulating the vestibular (sense of balance) and proprioceptive (understanding where your body is in space) system as well as creating trust, watching the nuances of your baby's movement.

I am the facilitator.
The mother is the expert.
The baby is the teacher.

No toys needed. Just your body, your baby, your voice.
