This Hatha flow class incorporates a gentle warm up, energising postures for flexibility, strength and stamina, and winds down with relaxing stretches.

A fairly challenging class which is open to all levels of experience.

While I'm on maternity leave, you can join my fabulous cover teachers for classes on Tuesdays & Saturdays ✨

Due to popular demand, Charlotte will be making her 7pm class a much gentler practice going forward so you can relax and enjoy a steady pace. Or if you prefer something a little more pacey and challenging, join her at 5:45pm for an 'Energetic Hatha Flow'.

And Caroline is bringing out all the props - bricks, bolsters, blankets etc. to support you through a variety of traditional yoga asanas on Saturday mornings. The perfect start to the weekend!

£10 per class
£45 for a 5 class pass
£80 for a 10 class pass

Me, Bump & Penny having a stretch and yawn 🐾🥱

I'm now into my last few weeks of teaching before going on maternity leave - things are getting real!

Evening classes are now fully booked but you can still add your email to the waiting list for any cancellations.

Saturday mornings 9-10am have spaces available ✨

I did tell you a few months ago that I might end up just sitting and barking instructions at you - I think we're about there now 😂 Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement as I get larger and less able to join in with our classes🤰🏼

Cover teachers Charlotte & Caroline are ready and waiting to take over in March - keep an eye on the booking site for details of their classes soon 🙏🏼

As the temperature drops and takes us firmly into Autumn, we say goodbye to 'Yoga on the Meadows' for another year. We've had some beautiful classes outside this Summer, especially the amazing practice for the Summer solstice! Thank you all for coming along and joining me ✨

Now it's time for some cosy indoor yoga to warm us up and boost our energy through the seasons to come 🍂
