Yoga at Swinstead Village Hall starts back next Wednesday 🧘‍♀️

Our next 6-week yoga course starts on Wednesday 8th April at 6.30pm until 7.35pm.

Book your spot now (places limited), for steady, feel-good sequences to release tight shoulders, ease the back, and open up the hips, with breathwork woven throughout and a proper, unhurried relaxation at the end.
