Is chronic inflammation holding you back from doing the things you love?
Ongoing soreness & stiffness can bring you down.
The goal isn’t to eliminate inflammation, but instead to regulate it so recovery & performance can keep up.
If your osteoarthritis feels worse in winter, it’s not “just the cold”, there are real physiological reasons behind it.
Colder temperatures can affect muscle elasticity, joint lubrication & circulation, leading to more stiffness, swelling & discomfort - especially in hands, knees, hips and the spine.
Winter joint-care essentials:
- Maintain warmth (layers matter)
- Keep moving with gentle, regular activity
- Stay dry to avoid heat loss
- Look beyond temporary symptom relief
Short-term fixes may help in the moment, but supporting joint health at a deeper level can make winter far more manageable.
Read our blog to learn why osteoarthritis pain increases in winter, and the drug-free options that may support long-term joint comfort. Link:
Cold weather can increase joint stiffness, swelling & discomfort, especially for people with osteoarthritis, commonly affecting the knees, hips & hands.

Back into training after Christmas after a well deserved break?
Jumping straight back in can increase your risk of soreness, setbacks and injury.
Rebuilding safely is about easing your body back into load, supporting recovery and giving tissues time to adapt, not trying to “make up” for lost sessions.
Our guide from Founder & PT Ryan Dack on how to train safely after a Christmas break is linked in the bio.

Anyone else find that exercise goes out of the window during the festive season?
You're not alone. Social events, juggling family, & not knowing what day of the week it is, are many reasons why trips to the gym can lessen. And that's okay! You've earned the rest. So don't beat yourself up. That said, a smart, gradual return to fitness is the key to coming back stronger.

We get it. If you're only just discovering MBST for the first time, it can feel a bit too good to be true.
That's why we want to make it as simple as possible for people to understand the science behind it. Because the first question we always get asked is, 'How does it actually work?'
Think of your body like an orchestra, where every section has its own part to play.
When one part drifts out of tune, the whole performance feels off.
MBST uses targeted resonance to encourage a more balanced cellular environment, so the body can find its rhythm again.

Nestled in the charming village of Tinwell in Rutland, Cell Regeneration is a family-run healthcare company established in 2011. But our story starts back in 2007 when Ann Clare, a respected and reputable physiotherapist for over 30 years, first encountered MBST technology at an Osteoarthritis conference. Having treated numerous patients suffering from the painful joint disease, Ann was quick to recognise the desperate need for cell regeneration therapy amongst her patients. Ann championed MBST technology immediately and upon viewing the quantitive results wasted no time in igniting the same passion for MBST and client care in her children, Charles and Liz.
Without hesitation, Charles and Liz walked away from their respective careers in order to found Cell Regeneration, continuing their mother’s ambition to provide the very best treatment, with the focus firmly on patient comfort, care and satisfaction.
Ann moved her practice from her long-standing home in Baston to the Tinwell site, and the Cell Regeneration family was up and running. Even Alex, Charles’s Akita, is a valid part of the business, providing an additional friendly face to the clinics’ fuss-free and family-oriented atmosphere.
We all get great joy and satisfaction from the results the technology continues to yield for our ever-growing number of patients: from long-term arthritis sufferers regaining freedom and independence through pain-relief and an improved quality of movement, to athletes of all ages returning swiftly and safely to their chosen sports thanks to the marvellous therapy now available.
Together we are fully dedicated to increasing public and professional awareness of this fantastic technology, one patient at a time. We are proud of a reputation that has brought in a global gathering of patients, with new friends travelling from Australia and Abu Dhabi, Switzerland and South Korea, to receive the treatment they require. We are also committed to opening new centre’s around the UK and facilitating the spread of MBST all over the world.
How we work is just as vital as what we do, and we wouldn’t be the business we are without our wonderful patients, they’re an essential part of our ever-growing family.
It’s hard not to be passionate when you see the results MBST yields and the incredible difference it can make to people’s lives.
So join us as we step forward into the future of healthcare. Everyone is welcome.
