That’s NOT what this role is.

We offer:
✅ Stable care rounds (not constant last-minute changes)
✅ Supportive team & management
✅ Paid on-call (1 in 4 – not excessive)
✅ Bonus + joining incentive
✅ Proper training and progression

This role would suit:
• An experienced Care Coordinator
