Today we’ve enjoyed some musical exploration, listening to our favourite songs, and discovering some new hits 🎶🎤

In the afternoon we welcomed Bella V, who came to sing us a few songs. She certainly got us in the mood for a dance 💃🕺

Some of the residents spent the rest of the afternoon in the gym with personal trainer Freddy 🏋️💪

Freddy also discovered what motivates Ron in the gym 😆(check the comments to see the video).

What a wholesome day we’ve had today 🥰

Our morning started with our Baby & Toddler Group, where we all enjoyed having a cuddle with the adorable babies! Children always bring a smile to our residents faces 👶☺️

Then in the afternoon we headed outside for some games in the sun. From ring toss to table tennis, there was plenty to keep us busy with! ☀️🏓

We started the week off yesterday with some gentle stretches and a few games of hoopla. Everybody was a great sport cheering each other on, and we certainly have some great aim amongst us 👏

In the afternoon, we made some St Patrick’s Day decorations for around the home ☘️🇮🇪

After how much fun we had making up our planters last week, we thought we'd bring a bit of colour inside with some flower arranging 💐

Then it was time for some games and crafts as some of us enjoyed painting the clay we made recently, whilst others challenged one another to a game of connect 4 and draughts 🖌️🎲

To finish the day, we laced up our walking boots and headed to Worthington Lakes for a leisurely stroll 🚶‍➡️
