Hello September and hello spider season! I’ve just had to remove 3 spiders from 1 room 😳
Spiders are one of the most common phobias, so with that in mind I thought I would share this post again, not just for spiders but for anything that triggers an intense or irrational repsonse.

Walking therapy is becoming increasingly more popular and there are many benefits from walking regularly, but one of the most important benefits for me is how it impacts mental health.

Happy Sunday to all of my lovely followers 🥰 I haven’t posted much here recently and I’ve had lots of people asking me if I’m still doing this and the answer is yes!

Did you know every time you have a positive thought or a positive interaction, you have a serotonin release in the brain that keeps you in intellectual control, helps you stay focused and makes you HAPPY 😃
So why not end each day by writing down what’s been good about your day, ending the day on a positive will help you sleep better 🥰

My positive for today is I finally managed to drink a cup of tea without needing to put sugar in it 😁

At home sound bath! Turn the lights off, light some candles or a fireplace if you have one, lay down and relax to the sounds of singing bowls 😴
