Don’t ever let anyone tell you that life isn’t a balance of good and bad, easy and difficult, smooth and bumpy.

Everyone’s doing their best to be good and if they’re not good all too often we’re trying our best to appear that way. (Which by the way takes up a lot of time and energy we could be putting into finding a solution)

Never allow yourself to believe that you’re the only one, don’t feel shame for not living faultlessly and don’t convince yourself that sharing a problem carries a greater risk than suppressing it.

Normalise honesty and the courage to convey what we’re finding hard. Being human is the best thing we can achieve.
