Firstly, many apologies for the long silence! As many of you may already know, our venue (Pegasus Country Club) has sadly shut in the last few weeks,leaving us without a home for The Purple Centre 😢 HOWEVER,our wonderful friends at East Thurrock United Football Club have allowed us to use their hall for our upcoming SOUND BATH on Wednesday 2nd October 🥰 Doors open at 7pm for 7.30 start 😍
Mark & Grace of Essex Kundalini Events will once again be bringing their crystal singing bowls, gong & other instruments for us to experience the deeply relaxing sound vibrations. A fantastic way to de-stress from our hectic lives! 😵 Following a warm up with a little Kundalini Yoga (suitable for all levels of mobility & fitness), we will be immersed in the soothing sounds as we recline on mats (chairs available for those unable to lay flat) Please bring your own mats/blankets/pillows/water bottle etc to make you comfortable.
