A patient came in with symptoms that didn’t quite fit a simple musculoskeletal issue 🚩

On assessment, the pattern pointed towards Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) — something that requires medical treatment, not manual therapy.

It hadn’t been picked up yet.

So Sara wrote to his GP recommending further investigation.

He was diagnosed.
He got the right treatment.

And today… he came back with flowers 💐
