Customer came to me needing diagnostics on he’s scooter.
Turns out the transaxle was at fault causing a high motor current draw and in turn had taken its toll on he’s batteries.
The customer loved he’s scooter so wanted an option to repair it, we found a good second hand motor and axle available and gave the scooter some much needed tlc including fitting of transaxle and motor unit, full service, 2x new 50ah heavy duty gel batteries and a new charger port as the old one was becoming baggy with a loose connection.
The customer is very pleased and he’s scooter will be good for a long time to come and he will be back for a service in a years time to keep up with he’s maintenance.

This customer had a full service on there kymco xls scooter.
All checks done, full clean up and lubrication, motor and brushes checked and cleaned.
Also the old throttle pot was playing up not letting the scooter go the full 8mph so this was replaced and whoever worked on the scooter in the past had left off the rear light loom adapter so this was also replaced so the customer now has rear lights.

This weekend we went to a clients house to service a nice Roma Dallas plus mobility scooter.
All suspension components checked, tightened and lubricated.
Motor brake cleaned and micro switch checked.
Found the rear light loom was getting trapped when the scooter was put together so we relocated the loom so it was out of the way.
