Hi there - it’s been a while hasn’t it !
My ankle injury set me back both physically and mentally.
I was disappointed to not take on the June Yoga Challenge for Cancer Research as I had planned and prepared for .
However … I discovered that yoga isn’t just about challenging your body with more difficult yoga poses and movements.
Over these past weeks, I have learned new techniques for meditation, breathing, calming, mindfulness and relaxation . Some of these have got me through uncomfortable nights and challenging days .
