Hi lovelies!!! I thought I’d give you all a little update as it’s been radio silence over here recently…
I’ve been absolutely loving motherhood and at the moment being a full time mum is my main priority, I’m soaking up these days as much as I can ♥️
Because of this, my return to work has been very, very limited and only a few hours per week.
This of course means there’s so many of you I’d still love to see when the time is right! Please don’t take offence if you haven’t heard from me - I have a waiting list running and I’m purely working through it in order of oldest>newest clients to be as fair as possible. I hope to see some more of you soon, and in the meantime, please take care and enjoy this upcoming festive season! ❄️ 🎄

Good morning everybody!

As you all know I’m planning my return back to work & I will now be coming back part time. Because of this I don’t have the capacity I did have, so the only way I can fairly do this right now is prioritise clients who have been with me the longest and those with shorter/average appointment times.

If you’re a more recent client or have a longer appointment than 1 hour, that would be the reason I can’t offer you a slot right away. I miss you all and can’t wait to catch up, but right now I’m having to do what works around prioritising Pippa & motherhood and I really hope to be in contact with you all soon 😊

WAITING LIST

Hi everyone!
I’m not quite back to work just yet, but I’m starting to plan my return. To begin with, my availability will be very limited, and unfortunately I won’t be able to fit all of my regulars in straight away.

In time, I’ll be opening a waiting list for ad hoc appointments. This list will be for anyone happy to be on standby for cancellations, unexpected availability, or any last-minute evening or weekend slots I might release.

Good evening all!

I’ve had messages from quite a few of you this week, so I thought I’d do a general update 😊

Firstly, Pippa is wonderful and I’m loving motherhood more than I ever could’ve imagined (this explains the extended maternity leave 😂), secondly… the update you’re all waiting for! I plan to be back working this summer - this will be 2/3 evenings per week, 1 daytime per week and one early Saturday morning a month. This is of course very reduced in comparison to what I was working but I hope it means I can still see a lot of you on my return!

The new salon is looking amazing and I’m SO excited to show you all! We have painting and decorating being done this week, air conditioning being fitted this month, and then all fixtures and fittings to follow! As soon as it’s all looking perfect, I’ll be back 😀🫶🏻

Good morning to my lovely clients,

I hope you're all doing well - I’m missing our catch ups! I wanted to reach out with an update, as I know many of you have been wondering about the new salon build and when I'll be back to work.

The Beauty Room is now completely built, but we are now awaiting a few tradesmen to finish bits and pieces before the fun part for me can begin (interior design!!! 😬). At the same time, I’ve been soaking up this special time on maternity leave with baby Pippa, which has been absolutely wonderful and the most amazing time of my life.

When I do return to work, it will be on very limited hours, meaning I won’t be able to see everyone straight away. I also recognize that with this change, my availability may not suit all of you, and likewise, some of your needs may not align with my new schedule. If that’s the case, I completely understand and appreciate your support over the years - but I hope to still see a lot of you soon!

I’ll share more details as things progress, but I just wanted to keep you all in the loop. Thank you for your patience and understanding, I truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing your lovely faces in the near future 🤗

…And maternity leave has begun 🤍✨
The countdown for our little girl’s arrival is on & my short but sweet maternity leave has officially started 👶🏻

I couldn’t be more thankful for all of your well wishes, gifts and care & attention you’ve given me throughout the last 6 months of my pregnancy 🥹 I can’t believe how many of you have showed such true care and concern, especially when I’ve been going through it (some of you have really had to see me at my worst 😂) - the understanding I’ve received makes me assured how much you’re going to adore little pip!

I will be contacting clients in the weeks before I’m due back to work so we can plan bookings, but of course as I’m only having a few months off, I’ll be coming back extremely part time to begin with. The exciting part is, there’s going to be MANY amazing changes here for when you return 🤞🏼😬

In the meantime, I have a list of fantastic therapists I recommend who can look after you whilst I’m gone. Please send me a text and I will send these over to you! 😊

From the end of the month I will be cancelling all running appointments and working on an ad-hoc booking arrangement where I book everybody no further than 2 weeks ahead. I am now in the third trimester so have multiple midwife & hospital appointments coming up bi-weekly, alongside the fact my due date is fast approaching! 😊 Because of this, please look out for bookings in your emails and apologies for any last minute cancellations and longer gaps in between your appointments! From now onwards I’m taking every couple of weeks as they come which I’m sure you can understand 🩷

Morning everybody!

Just a quick one - as you all know I was going to be reducing my working hours towards the end of my pregnancy, but my body & blood pressure isn’t enjoying long working hours and I’m now finding myself fainting at work again 😣

So a few things…
• I will no longer be taking on ad hoc appointments, and I’ll only booking in my regulars for the time being
• My working hours will be getting reduced pretty soon, so your regular slot may be extended in frequency eg. a 3 week slot may now have to go 4 weeks etc.
• I apologise in advance if I come over funny during your appointment 😂 I’ve become pretty used to it now, so don’t panic if I have to take myself off to sit down for a couple of minutes - it’s pretty handy working at my mum’s house at it means she’s on hand 75% of the time to sort me out lol!

Because of this, my admin is currently slightly delayed as I’m having to manage my future appointments a bit differently and I’ll be sitting down over the weekend to properly organise this. If you have an appointment within the next 24 hours that you need help with, just pop “urgent” at the start of your message! 😊 Thank you x

Just a reminder I am currently holding off on admin until I’ve had my hospital appointments this week - I don’t find out until tomorrow when I need to go back in, but it could be 24 hours later which is why I am not booking any more appointments until I know. Sorry if this means your appointment is later than usual! As always, I completely understand if you’d like to go elsewhere and that’s no issue given the circumstances, but otherwise you’ll hear from me with an appointment or two in due course! 😊
