Truely learning to love & value yourself is the biggest gift you will EVER gift yourself!!!

Every energy exchange there in (relationship) you will EVER have will always be governed by that!!!

We can love others but can we deeply EVER truely love them if we don't include giving that love to ourselves....how can we!!!

How can we value another without valuing the part we play in that, and that is US!!!

We can teach and show our children about love, but can we teach them how they can really love themselves if we can't fully show them through US!!!

We lead by example, we teach others how to love us via how we think, value, feel & see ourselves, so we HAVE to lead the way ❤️

When it comes to setting boundaries your adrenals are calling you. Setting boundaries means saying no to what is not serving you so that you can say yes to more of what does. Make space and room for yourself. It is ok to be alone, to pull back and indulge in self-care. It is ok to skip a party, a meeting or a gathering, and even say no to a vacation or trip.

It can be so hard at times to go there
Go there to the places within your soul that you need to go

The places where the pain is
The places that you're feeling the most
The ones that hold such rawness
The spaces that want to howl out loud
To have their voice and be heard
Which means to feel

I want to run I want to hide
I don't want to look and feel inside

For what's there it brings pain and sorrow
Of lifetimes I'm sure beyond just here

Of moments gathered and past on down
Not mine but mine just in this moment

A container, a pocket, a well so deep
Tears need to shed and tears to weep

On the edge of the feeling just waiting to go
Just allow me to feel, ride the wave and the flow

Holding off to distraction
Just another moment to pass
Be here in this moment for it will not last

Even this verse as I write it a detour of the path
Wishing the tears did not have to come I just want to laugh

But a moment I shall give me to express them hurts inside
Like a wave in the ocean washed away by the tide

Be brave and courageous be bold and unfold
Leaving nothing in this life unspoken and untold 🌱~JJ
