There comes a point where you realise:

You can’t heal your life while you’re constantly disconnected from yourself.

You can read the self help books.
Listen to the podcasts.
Buy the journals.
Pull the oracle cards.

But the connection to yourself and who you truly are is the magic sauce.

Transformation happens when you begin reacting differently, taking different action, living differently.

✨Then Saturday and Sunday it’s Dalton Park Spring Artisan Fair!

✨I love it at Dalton Park, especially if I can get into the Cadbury shop 🤣
