We’re really pleased to say that 95% of patients rated their experience as good or Very Good 🙌

We look closely at all feedback that we receive. A small number of responses (15 out of 585) told us where things didn’t go as well as they should. While some issues are outside our control, there are definitely areas we can learn from — and we’re already working on them.

NHS bowel cancer screening kits are offered to everyone aged between 50 and 74.
They can help find cancer early, before you even have any symptoms. And the earlier cancer is found, the easier it can be to treat.
When your kit arrives, put it by the loo. Don’t put it off.
Let someone else know they should send their kit back – especially as April is Bowel Cancer Awareness month.
