We’re really pleased to say that, again, 95% of patients rated their experience as good or Very Good 🙌
We look closely at all feedback that we receive. A small number of responses ( 4 out of 311) told us where things didn’t go as well as they should. While some issues are outside our control, there are definitely areas we can learn from — and we’re already working on them.

When lung cancer is caught early, it is easier to treat. That’s why the NHS is offering people aged 55-74, who have ever smoked, a lung health check to make sure everything is ok. Think pharmacy first and get seen by your local community pharmacy team.

NHS bowel cancer screening kits are offered to everyone aged between 50 and 74.
They can help find cancer early, before you even have any symptoms. And the earlier cancer is found, the easier it can be to treat.
When your kit arrives, put it by the loo. Don’t put it off.
Let someone else know they should send their kit back – especially as April is Bowel Cancer Awareness month.
