🥿 No soft sole to cushion the impact of you walking
🥿 You can over grip with your toes, with none supporting footware which can cause, Plantar fasciitis, bunions, shin splints, poor pain and poor posture.
🥿 Wearing all the time can lead to issues with your knees, hips and back.

I can help ease and get rid of those aches and pains but wearing more supportive footware helps.

● Over Training
This increases the risk of chronic injury by putting continuous pressure on your body

○ Excessive loading on the body
Which applies forces to your tissues for which they are unprepared

● Not taking safety precautions
Or ignoring the rules of a sporting activity, and so increasing the risk of an accident.

○ An accident
Often the result of impact or collision. Usually occurring suddenly.

● Inappropriate equipment
So your body may not be adequately supported or protected from shock.

○ Poor excessive technique
Leading to overloading of the body tissues - especially if carried out repeatedly.

● Recurring injury
Which can weaken your body and make it more susceptible to other injuries.
