🍊 Did you know? Cravings can last up to 15 minutes before passing. Instead of relapsing by picking up a cigarette, use your fast-acting NRT product and distract yourself. Peeling and eating an orange or two can be a healthy and yummy technique!

❄️ An alternative method is to sip ice cold water, place ice on the skin, or taking a cold shower. This change in temperate acts as a sensory shift.

💨 Vapes were made as an alternative to ci******es for smokers (people only using to***co), they don't contain anywhere near as many toxins and were never designed for someone who hasn't smoked before.
