Show up with discipline on the days motivation disappears. Do the inner work when no one is watching. Refine your craft in silence.

Stop measuring your progress by external recognition. Growth happens in solitude first. When you work with sincerity and integrity, you send a signal stronger than any announcement. The right people, mentors, collaborators, supporters, are drawn to authenticity, not noise.

Trust the process. Stay consistent. Respect the loneliness as part of the journey, not a sign of failure. Keep building, learning, and evolving. In time, the allies you never knew existed will find you, because real work is never truly invisible.

"Have you ever noticed how comforting a gentle touch can be? Or how just sitting quietly with someone you love can calm your mind? Reiki is based on this simple truth—that human connection, presence, and intention can bring deep peace and balance.

The word Reiki (pronounced ray-key) comes from Japanese:
Rei means “universal, spiritual”
Ki means “life energy” (similar to “chi” in Chinese or “prana” in Indian traditions)

So Reiki translates to “universal life energy.” It’s the subtle energy that flows through all living things—the same energy that makes you feel alive, connected, and whole. Reiki is a way of working with that energy to bring harmony to the body, mind, and spirit."

Hi and welcome to Crystal Clear Healing. I am Nicola Foster and I have been a holistic therapist for over 19 years. I am passionate about treating a person 'wholistically', that is treating the person not just the issue so your body, mind and spirit can heal in a natural and healthy way. I discovered the power of crystals through my Reiki training with my Reiki Master. I was amazed at the beauty, magic and effects crystals can have. As a therapy crystals noticeably enhance Reiki and the healing and development of the spirit, mind and body. My aim of Crystal Clear Healing is to offer Holistic Therapies, Reiki and Crystal Healing services as an in person treatment and also through distance healing. I am a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists.

So How Can I help you?

Upon meeting you at the treatment rooms in South Shields I will ask you to complete a consultation form then we will devise a plan together to help you get the transformation you desire so things can become Crystal Clear! The confidential consultation will last approximately 15 minutes and is free. I will also give you advice on how you can continue your healing process following your treatment, at home.
