This will be the longest post here.
Most of the time, there is less talking and more feeling.
But I want you to know where this work comes from.
I know well what burnout feels like.
Years of survival mode.
Constant self-improvement.
Searching for something that promised to make things finally feel whole.
I read the books.
I tried the practices.
And still, there was a quiet sadness beneath it all.
A longing to be seen, accepted, and to truly belong.
Over time, I realised I wasn’t missing another method.
What I was missing was myself.
Not more improving — but meeting myself with gentleness.
Accepting what is, instead of trying to become something else.
This is the space where that meeting happens.
Yes, massage can relax the body, ease tension, and support wellbeing.
But here, something else is invited too.
With each stroke, the weight of roles, expectations, and responsibilities can soften.
The masks can rest.
Nothing is required of you.
You come here to meet me —
but the deeper meeting is with yourself.
To sit with yourself in comfort, acceptance, and enoughness.
To simply be.
My role is to hold the space for that meeting.
To work slowly and with care.
To offer safety and gentleness, while you arrive as you are —
raw, human, and already enough.
This work has many layers.
How deeply you go is always your choice.
I will meet you here as you are,
regardless of age, gender, or background.
