🌞 Stretch, Smile, and Start the Day Right! 🧘‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Last week, our residents got moving with a refreshing Morning Exercise Session – and what a fantastic way to kick off the day it was!
With gentle stretches, seated movements, and lots of encouragement, everyone joined in at their own pace. The room was full of energy, laughter, and positive vibes as we worked on staying active and having fun together. 💪😊
Regular movement is such an important part of wellbeing, and we love seeing our residents embrace it with such enthusiasm!

This week, our residents took part in a delightful Food Sensory Session – a meaningful activity designed to awaken the senses, spark conversation, and evoke wonderful memories through taste, smell, and touch.
From the sweet aroma of freshly baked treats to the vibrant colours and textures of fruits, herbs, and spices – there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🥐🍋🌿

🎶 A Musical Afternoon to Remember! 🎸🎻
We had an absolutely wonderful time recently at Woodland Hall with a special live performance by the incredibly talented Neil Mack – singer, guitarist, and violinist!
Our residents were treated to an afternoon filled with toe-tapping tunes, heartfelt melodies, and a few sing-alongs that brought smiles all around. Neil’s music brought so much joy, and the energy in the room was truly uplifting. 💃🕺
A big thank you to Neil for sharing his music and creating such a lovely atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to the next performance! 💙

🐾 Welcome Back, Archie! 🐶
Our hearts are full today as we welcomed back our furry friend Archie to the care home! 🥰

Archie brought joy, comfort, and lots of tail wags during his pet therapy visit. Residents and staff alike were thrilled to see him again—there were plenty of smiles, cuddles, and even a few happy tears. 💕

They're walking through the charming streets of Oia, feeling the warm breeze, and watching the golden sunset paint the sky—without leaving the comfort of our care home! 🌅💙What are our residents saying about it?

A Colourful Day Full of Smiles!

Today was all about pampering and joy at Woodland Hall!

Adina one of our Unit Managers supported by the dedicated care staff at Woodland Hall treated our lovely residents to a nail painting session, a simple turn that brought so many smiles and brightened the day.

Beautiful colours, warm conversations, and lots of laughter made it a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Every day is worth celebrating with care, compassion, and a little splash of colour!
