Reflexology is a complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to promote better health for their clients. After an initial consultation to determine client expectations and needs, a non-invasive foot massage is carried out targeting specific reflex points to promote well being. Although reflexology can be enjoyed as a one off relaxation treatment, to enjoy the long term benefits, a course of treatments are recommended. Treatments can be carried out in the comfort of your own home.
