This innovative course brings together human behavioural insight and clinical excellence, helping clinicians elevate communication, decision-making, and patient outcomes.
Insights™ is a globally recognised behavioural and management framework used by large corporations and elite organisations to improve leadership, team dynamics, communication, and performance.
At B&A Physiotherapy, we have adapted and applied the Insights framework across both our clinical and administrative teams. It has strengthened how we work together and enabled us to better understand, connect with, and respond to the needs of our patients.
This course translates the proven Insights™principles directly into a clinical setting, making them immediately applicable to both patient interactions and multidisciplinary working.
