🌞 The Park Summer Event 2025 🌞

We recently had our first ever Park Summer event, and what a celebration of preparation, passion, and teamwork! Staff pulled together to run the BBQ, while residents and staff brought energy, creativity, and joy to the day.

From music and decorations to collaborative art created in the sunshine, every contribution added something special. The atmosphere was relaxed, positive, and full of connection, with people chatting, laughing, and dancing together.

Are you a passionate leader eager to make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Team Manager in our Forensic Team, based in Bristol.

About the Role:

You’ll support and lead a dedicated staff team to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care to service users in the community. With your experience in mental health or supportive living, you'll ensure that we meet our clients' needs and contractual obligations, manage performance, and handle crisis situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
🛡️ Ensure exceptional support for service users.
📈 Provide regular supervision and mentorship to staff.
🔍 Address performance issues and manage team KPIs.
💼 Control budgets, reducing agency costs and overtime.
🚨 Handle crises, including safeguarding and risk management.
🤝 Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams and to promote independence for our service users.
