Would you like some ways to help you discover more meaning and purpose in life?

Here are some ideas on how to get more meaningful this May.

This months actionhappiness
calendar is Meaningful May, it's about being more meaningful which is doing things more mindfully and giving each task you do meaning. There are lots of ideas of how you can do this in the calendar for May.

Helping others and giving ourselves time is so important and similarly helping others often makes us happy in return. As our lives get busier, this is more important than ever.

Being part of something bigger than ourselves and focusing on things we value, is vital for our well-being. So take time this month to reflect about what you care about and prioritise the things that matter.

I remember my Dad saying to me as a teenager, 'if you don't know why you are doing something don't do it'. That has stuck with me and fits in to this, if you are doing something in your life and it has no meaning and you don't know why you are doing it..... why are you?
