Willow House Beauty is a home based boutique beauty room, established by owner Sarah in June 2016 in Stapleford, Nottingham. Sarah has worked in the beauty industry for over 15 years, and has a breadth of passion and knowledge for the profession keeping herself up to date with the latest treatments and products. Sarah worked herself to senior positions through her experience in working in some very popular, well known and local salons, including time working in the prestigious Ragdale Hall spa in Melton Mowbray. Sarah has worked alongside a number of world renowned skin, nail and beauty brands in her career. As a fully qualified, registered, experienced and insured therapist, you can be assured that you will receive high quality treatments when visiting Willow House Beauty. The beauty room is a modern, boutique style and set up like any professional high end salon with comfortable heated couch, nail desk and tranquil music to ensure all clients are relaxed and comfortable at all times. With private, free, out of town parking, Willow House Beauty isn’t a big chain in the hustle and bustle of a busy town centre. Beauty Therapist Of The Year 2025!
(Bronze) East & West Midlands

I'm absolutely blown away. To be honest, a nomination and finalist status has actually always meant the world to me. To be a WINNER in a prestigious award - 'The British Hair & Beauty Awards' has just got me completely emotional, speechless and has really touched me, I feel so PROUD of myself.

I trained in Beauty Therapy back in 2003-2005 gaining Student of the year back in 2004 which has always stuck with me as a ‘proud moment’ . Now winning this in 2025 as a self employed Beauty Therapist is truly what my dreams are made of.

I always dreamt of being self employed and having my very own business. I left college and went immediately into full time work, working myself up in positions in a variety of beauty therapy jobs. From village salons, busy high street salons to a well known Spa, gaining crucial knowledge and valuable experience both in Beauty Therapy and business. When I opened Willow House Beauty, I wanted to throw all my passion and knowledge into my business and succeed to be the best I can be. For me, it's all in the detail, I research and research until I know I’m confidently happy with something and it sits right professionally with me and aligns with my vision.

Everyday is a learning day, it should be for us all. I continue to strive to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can. I love this industry, and firmly believe in continually maintaining high professionalism, standards and regulations. Alongside this, I believe its important to also provide high levels of a variety of treatments whilst being a kind, compassionate and understanding beauty therapist. This blend, in my eyes, creates successful beauty therapists. It's more than just a treatment.

Also a huge thank you to my clients, I wouldn't be here if I didn't have you. You trust me and choose me and that means the world.

Rather blown away to share initially that I have been nominated for the Health, Beauty & Well-Being in the Female Business Awards and then ... I have also found out today that I am also a British Hair & Beauty Finalist for Beauty Therapist Of The Year...

Omg!! To be nominated for one award and placed as a finalist in another is even enough for me, I'm so grateful for the acknowledgement for sure 💕 let's see how it goes , winning or placing would be amazing, but being part of it is fabulous in itself 🤞

💕 I love my job in every sense and always hope that through my delivery of treatments, my passion and love of the industry is apparent. My clients mean the world to me, you inspire me and it's of high importance for me to always keep providing excellent service alongside care and compassion. I firmly believe the duo of amazing treatments mixed with a high level of service = the complete package. After a very long (but needed) recovery, I am now back to doing what I love and seeing you all again! I have missed you all so so much!

🌸 Update.. 🌸

Hello all! It absolutely breaks my heart to do this again, but unfortunately I am still unable to work this week. I am still struggling with my neck, chronic headache and dizzy spells, and have taken the doctors advice again for the week.

I miss you all so so much but I'm hoping to be fit and well as soon as I can and back at it! My beauty room is as much a sanctuary for me as it is for you all and I can't wait to be back in there seeing you all! I'll be honest, I cried today, alot. I hate the feeling of letting you all down, but I will get there as soon as I can 💕

🌸A little update about my week🌸

Please bear with me, I've had a severe fall/accident earlier this week resulting in a hard hit to the head leaving me this week struggling with concussion and significant neck strain.

I've been told to rest by the hospital doctors, as hard as it is for me to just 'stop', I have noticed I haven't been right since this happened, so I do know I need to rest and recover. Thank you to everyone who I have had to reschedule this week, I will be in touch as soon as I am well enough to sort these.

I'm currently taking it all day by day, so should any appointments next week require rescheduling, I will be in touch if needs be.

With private, free, out of town parking available Willow House Beauty isn't a big chain, its a quaint, boutique environment where I am personally accountable for my clients experience, so I strive to make it perfect for them. This includes keeping our prices fair and reasonable, using the highest quality professional brands, always offering free after care advice, and cultivating a relaxed & calm environment. I tend to book out slightly longer then needed for my appointments to ensure that each client leaves happy & satisfied. And most importantly pampered and relaxed! We are also happy to provide free consultations should you wish to discuss what treatments will be suitable for you. We strongly recommend booking your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. I am a fully trained & insured senior Beauty Therapist with years of salon experience you can trust. You can have confidence in my expert industry knowledge and its reassurance for you to know that i am also on the Professional register for Beauty Therapy and Holistic Therapy and that i am also registered with our local council too! So why wait?
