We all have those times when we lose our mojo!
Some of us need a driver, a holiday or special occasion.
Some of us need a gym buddy/training partner
Some need trackable accountability or a set program.
Some of us are normally set in routine and self motivated and just get it done!
Regardless of which of the above or the combination of the above.
Some days will be harder than others.
Only workout you ever regret is the one you don't do!
Be kind to yourself, we all lose our way at times.
Make a new plan, set a new goal, hold yourself accountable, enlist friends to try something new.
They say it take 28days to form a habit, imagine where you could be in 28days from now!
